Forever is thrilled to announce an exciting new opportunity:


The Eagle Manager Incentive!


Eagle Manager status is awarded yearly to each recognized Manager who:


1. Is Active and Leadership Bonus qualified every month.
2. Accumulates at least 720 Total Case Credits, including at least 100 case credits from new, personally-sponsored
downlines.
3. Personally sponsors and develop at least two new Supervisor lines.
4. Supports local and regional meetings.

As this year is already under way, beginning June 1, 2010, the requirements will be prorated as follows:


1. Must be Active and Leadership Bonus qualified June thru December.
2. Accumulates at least 420 Total Case Credits, including at least 60 case credits from new, personally-sponsored downlines.
3. Personally sponsors and develop at least one new Supervisor line.
4. Supports local and regional meetings June thru December.

In addition to theses requirements, Senior Managers and above must also develop and maintain downline Eagle Managers, as outlined in the following schedule, in order to be considered an Eagle Manager themselves. Each downline Eagle Manager must be in a separately sponsored downline, regardless of generation.
a. Senior Manager: 1 downline Eagle Manager.
b. Soaring Manager: 3 downline Eagle Managers.
c. Sapphire Manager: 6 downline Eagle Managers.
d. Diamond Sapphire: 10 downline Eagle Managers.
e. Diamond Manager: 15 downline Eagle Managers.
f. Double Diamond Manager: 25 downline Eagle Managers.
g. Triple Diamond Manager: 35 downline Eagle Managers.
h. Centurion Diamond Manager: 45 downline Eagle Managers.

Eagle Managers will receive special recognition and earn a trip to their local Regional Rally, including airfare for two and three nights’ accommodation!

This is an exciting new incentive and recognition. Remember, this will begin on June 1, 2010. We want every Manager to take advantage of this great opportunity and become an Eagle Manager!
